Surf club has charity golf day

Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club held its fourth annual charity golf day recently.

The event was held at the Everglades Country Golf Course on November 14.

According to the club's director of marketing Ms Di Moate, it "was well attended by local businesses and members of the surf club".

"Players on the day returned to Ocean Beach SLSC for lunch, refreshments and presentations."

Ms Moate said the club thanked Everglades for hosting the event and the local business which donated prizes that were given out to players on the day.
