Stop bickering and get on with the job

How depressing it was to turn to page 7 of the edition printed November 28 and see the colossal waste of taxpayer's money Senator Deborah O'Neill's office must have spent to place the full page ad, and how tedious beyond words it is to see the tit-for-tat advertisement placed by the Member for Robertson on page 9.

Perhaps these funds could be better spent on, say, a local Men's Shed, the pelican rescue, an animal shelter, a donation to one of our local libraries, I could go on.

We have lived here now for over two years, and keep reading of the same issues not being addressed, on and on like a broken record.

How about you both stop the bickering and get on with the job of addressing your constituents' interests?
