College dominates in rugby league
Brisbane Water Secondary College rugby league players are off to a promising start for 2011 with players from the School dominating local representative teams, according to P and C president Mr Bruce Graf.
Five players were selected in the Under-15s Sydney North team that competed in Narrabeen against Sydney regions East, West and South West - teams comprising NSW elite junior rugby league players.
"To have five selected in a squad of 17 is a reflection of the abilities and talents of our school's teams", said Mr Graf.
"The selected players were Kruz Corett, Wade Hannell, Rhys Kearns, Nicho Hynes, and Lapana Vitale."
