Visit to The Rocks

Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy campus students participated in an excursion to The Rocks in Sydney on Thursday, June 9.

Students undertook a guided tour of Susannah Place, which was a working class terrace built in 1844 by Irish immigrants and was occupied until 1990.

The students said they were fascinated with how people of those times lived differently in so many ways and how people living modern lives today take so many conveniences for granted.
