Spelling bee final
Woy Woy Public School held its school spelling bee final on Thursday, August 18, in the school hall.
The successful students, Andrew Laznik, Steven Collins, Alex Simpson and Amelia Williamson, will proceed to the regional round later in the term.
Words were chosen at random with two teachers overseeing the process.
"It is an incredibly hard job to stand in front of your peers and spell without any form of written material," said teacher Ms Lee Simpson.
