Baking an apricot roll and Remembrance biscuits
Members of the Umina Beach branch of the Country Women's Association have been given a demonstration of baking a moist apricot roll and Remembrance biscuits.
The master-class was given by branch cookery officer Ms Fiona Duckworth.
"The hall was filled with such beautiful aromas," said branch president Ms Lin Griffiths.
"We savoured the delights straight from the oven.
"Top tip for today: Quality ingredients deliver best results. Look for good quality apricots, and cheeses."
