Year 6 students complete First Aid training
Year 6 students at Woy Woy South Public School completed a First Aid course run by the Red Cross last week.
"If you are unfortunate enough to break a limb or have a medical emergency at Woy Woy South, we are ready," said principal Mr Matt Barr.
"Students learnt skills to help in an emergency, including CPR and emergency first aid.
"It was a tremendously interesting course with lots of bandages, compressions, defibrillations and slings."
The course was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Umina Beach.
