St John's farewells Year 6 teacher
St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School has farewelled Year 6 teacher Mr Trevor Husk.
"Mr Husk has decided to transition out of education to embark on a new career path," said principal Ms Nicole Davies.
"All our staff and students were sad to see him go and wish him all the very best in his next adventure.
"Our Year 6 students farewelled Mr Husk with a 'tunnel of honour' - an expression of our gratitude for his many years of dedicated service in educating our young people, consistently connecting and encouraging countless students, and leading so many school sporting teams and gala days.
"Miss Tahlia Bracken will teach Year 6 Gold for the remainder of 2023."
