Singers announced for Opera in the Arboretum

Singers for the Rotary Club of Woy Woy's Opera in the Arboretum next March have been announced..

"We have an exciting line-up," said club president Mr Trevor Walker.

"It is tenor Diego Torre, soprano Sophie Salvesani, baritone Jose Carbo and mezzo-soprano Shikara Ringdahl.

"The Central Coast Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Mr Patrick Brennan will again support the artists.

"Bring your chair and picnic for a superb afternoon of music amongst the gum trees in Pearl Beach on Saturday, March 23."

Beneficiaries of the charity event will be Central Coast Conservatorium strings scholarships, Umina Surf Lifesaving Club, Pearl Beach Rural Fire Brigade, Central Coast Community charities and Rotary Foundation Australia.

Adult tickets will cost $90, high school students $40 and under-12s will be free, with online purchases at www.trybooking.com/CNBTX
