Bridge club donates $1600 to Food Pantry
Brisbane Water Bridge Club has donated around $1600 to the Seventh Day Adventist Food Pantry following its Jean Pelham Charity Day.
The total of cash, from table fees and raffle, raised was $1533, as well as about $70 of donated assorted groceries and other goods.
The Pantry opens every second Friday at the SDA Church, opposite the car entrance to the Peninsula Plaza.
