Umina is named surf life saving club of the year
Umina Surf Life Saving Club has been named Central Coast Surf Life Saving Club of the Year for the seventh time.
The award was one of the Surf Life Saving Central Coast Awards of Excellence presented at Mingara at Tumbi Umbi on Saturday, June 10.
Other awards won by the club were First in Overall Competition Point Score with 1741 points and First in Patrol Competition with 1382 points.
Club member Lily James won the Rookie of the Year award and Bronte Smith was named Youth Volunteer of the Year.
