Lessons in positive behaviour

Positive behaviour for learning is a new initiative by Pretty Beach Public School aimed at teaching students how to reflect on their behaviour and make better choices.

Each Monday all classes take time to focus on positive behaviours influencing their learning.

Students observe and reflect on their behaviour in and around the school and discuss the right and wrong thing to do in special situations comically acted out by their teacher.

The program aims to instil the importance of respect and responsibility in all students.
