Who cares what happens in Woy Woy

I came across this steel bar (pictured) laying on the footpath at the back of Deepwater Plaza shopping centre car park, opposite the rear of the Woy Woy Police Station.

If this is what happens to the old parts of the closed underpass, where on earth will we find the new parts?

Are we already at the stage of "Who cares what happens in Woy Woy?"
