Ettalong Eagles in zone bowls finals
Ettalong Eagles Bowling Club has had a number of bowlers play in zone finals recently.
In the State Singles, Nathan Malloy defeated Luke O'Grady 25-24 in the semi-finals but was defeated by Mark Wheatley 25-21 in the final on Tuesday, September 19.

In the Bowls Central Coast Open Reserve Triples Championship, the Ettalong team of Allan Peters, Michael Maycock and Robert Taylor were defeated by Avoca Beach team Darryl Kirkman, David Richards and Nicholas Brand 26-13.
In Zone Singles, Trevor Foulkes defeated Justin Sylvester in the round of 16 to advance to the quarterfinals but was defeated 25-22 by Nigel O'Donnell, who went on to win the final.
In the Seniors, Phil Westcott was defeated in the round of 16 25-20 by Phil Metcalfe and Mark Endacott was defeated by Kevin Cooper.
