Ferry wharf trees removed
Council contractors have removed a number of large trees near the ferry wharf outside 308 Ocean View Rd, Ettalong.
"This is a popular meeting and picnic spot," said Residents for Responsible Ettalong Development member Ms Melanie Masterson.
"It has now had the ground ripped up and the foreshore made more vulnerable to erosion without roots to help contain the bank.
"To date Central Coast Council has not said why they removed them, nor their plans for two for one replacements."
