Debating team wins round two

The Brisbane Water Secondary College Year 11/12 debating team has won Round 2 of The Premiers Debating Challenge.

The team argued against the statement that "Australia should ban all poker machines".

"The team tackled the complex social and economic issues associated with banning poker machines and emerged victorious, remaining undefeated in the competition," said campus principal Ms Rebecca Cooper.
