Marine Rescue members receive ratings and certificates

A number of members of the Marine Rescue Central Coast unit have received ratings certificates and long-service awards.

They were presented by deputy unit commander Mr Andrew McKellar.

Mr David Jesaveluk and Mr Paul Broad both received Marine Radio Operator ratings, with Mr Broad also receiving a Marine Rescue Crew rating.

Mr Mark Luland and Mr Dave Mead both received Marine Radio Watch Officer ratings.

Mr Rolf Rhinehart received a five-year service award, while Mr Mitch Giles received a 10-year long service medal.
